From Interstate 81 Northbound: Take Exit 41. From the off-ramp, turn left onto West Church Street and continue about one mile until you reach the traffic light at the four corners. Take a right at the light and Gram's Diner is on your immediate right. 

From Interstate 81 Southbound: Take Exit 41. From the off-ramp, turn left onto West Church Street and continue about one mile until you reach the traffic light at the four corners. Take a right at the light and Gram's Diner is on your immediate right.  

Route 11 North and South: Route 11 turns into Main Street in the village of Adams. If traveling from the North, Gram's Diner will be just after the light in Adams on your right-hand side. If traveling from the South, Gram's will be just before the light in Adams on your left-hand side.
